Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or package for Aloha Soca & Reggae Weekend, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ticket & Package Purchase

All attendees must be 21 years or older to participate in the events.
A valid government-issued ID may be required for entry.
Tickets and packages are non-transferable unless approved in advance (see Ticket Transfers section).

Event Entry & Conduct

Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket and/or event wristband.
Any form of disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any attendee at our discretion.

Event Changes & Liability

Aloha Soca & Reggae Weekend reserves the right to modify event details, venues, dates, or lineups as needed.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the event.
Attendees participate at their own risk; we are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or incidents occurring at or during travel to and from the event.

Payment Plans

If purchasing a package using a payment plan, all payments must be completed before receiving access to the event.
Missed or incomplete payments may result in forfeiture of your ticket/package without refund.

Return and Refund Policy

All sales for Aloha Soca & Reggae Weekend are final and non-refundable.

No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Personal schedule conflicts
- Travel delays or cancellations
- Weather conditions

Event Postponement or Cancellation

If the event is postponed, your ticket/package will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide options for rescheduling, credit toward a future event, or refunds at our discretion.

Ticket Transfers

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by contacting ecaribevents@gmail.com at least 7 days before the event with the new attendee’s details.
